The terms of sale apply to the sale of all goods from Agoravera AS, online store, and together with your order, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis for the purchase.
Consumer purchases are regulated in the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchase Act. Buyer is: the person who is stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as 'you', 'your' or 'yours'.

When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send an order confirmation to you at the email address you provided. Carefully read the order confirmation when you receive it, and check if the order confirmation is in accordance with the order.
Your order is binding when the order is registered in our computer system. We are also bound by your order if this does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.
We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to make typographical errors, which may mean that we can not deliver in accordance with the information provided on our website. We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out. In the event of a sold-out situation, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or cancel the order.
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT. The order overview will include all expenses associated with the item such as expenses for postage, shipping, packaging, etc.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if reservation of the amount can not be made from the stated card.
When you pay for the goods with your credit card, the amount is not deducted immediately. We make a reservation on your means of payment to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase price and complete the transaction. Only when we send the goods from the warehouse do we deduct the amount that is reserved. If the reservation cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
We have most items in stock, and this normally gives 5-10 days delivery time. Once we have received your order, it will be packed and shipped within 2-5 days. The goods are sent as a postal package, normally the delivery time is 2-7 days. During holidays and public holidays, the delivery time can be 5-7 days longer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provide when ordering is correct. If the item is damaged upon delivery, you must give us feedback on this as soon as possible and preferably on the day of arrival. Preferably use e-mail and describe the damage carefully. For uncollected packages or letters that are sent in return, you will be charged NOK. 200 for the cost of shipping, return shipping and administration.
The customer pays for the shipping himself if the amount is less than 1500 kroner, shipping method is chosen in the online store. For retailers and other customers, separate freight agreements apply. Unsure here
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after you have received the item you have ordered in our online store. We want the process around this to be as simple as possible for all parties within the provisions of the law. Therefore, information about the right of withdrawal and right of withdrawal form will be sent out by email together with your order order.
If you want to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, preferably by email: email@example.com. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods in physical possession. Send us an email and we will send you a return slip.
Buyer / you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, well packed and in good condition so that the goods are not damaged during the return.
You are barred from exercising the right of withdrawal if the item / items are deteriorated or damaged so that they cannot be returned in "approximate condition and quantity", and this is due to a lack of consideration or negligence on your part. All returns must be sent to Agoravera AS, Huitfeldts gate 19, 0253 Oslo.
You should, immediately after you have received the product / products, check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the product is damaged during transport or whether the product is otherwise faulty or defective. If the item is defective, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably the day you received the product, so that we can take action to resolve the issue.
